CONDITIONS OF OUT-OF - WARRANTY SERVICE

 

Out-of-warranty service is applied for the products that are already out of warranty or in the scope of rejection (Section I - Item 2).

The customer will bear the cost related to out-of-warranty repair, including the visit fee & quotation fee.

Any products, which is not distributed by Neosys Viet Loi within the territory of Vietnam, can be rejected for any type of service due to lack of spare part or technical problem.

 

MAINTENANCE SERVICE

 

Neosys Viet Loi Co., Ltd. applies comprehensive maintenance services for post-warranty products for customers who wish to periodically service and maintain machines. Our service aims to provide you with the following benefits:

    Ensure the machine operates stably, avoiding wasting time due to damage

 

 

REGULAR MAINTENANCE SERVICES

 

Regular maintenance service package includes:

  • Comprehensive preventative maintenance four (2) times a year
    One (1) comprehensive maintenance check.
    Unlimited breakdown service and support Monday through Friday during business hours.
  • Periodic maintenance of the product
  • Damaged spare parts will be replaced "free of charge" during the contract period, except for consumables.
  • Service includes replacement costs for limited parts as shown below. The total value of the spare parts listed below can be up to 100 million VND.

The comprehensive maintenance service package includes:

  • Comprehensive preventative maintenance four (4) times a year.
    One (1) comprehensive maintenance check.
    Unlimited breakdown service and support Monday through Friday during business hours.
  • Periodic maintenance of the product
  • Damaged spare parts will be replaced “free of charge” during the contract period, including listed consumables
  • Service includes replacement costs for limited parts as shown below. The total value of the spare parts listed below can be up to 100 million VND

ON-SITE SERVICE

To request in-home service, the customer calls to Customer Information Center. Neosys Viet Loi authorized technician will visit the customer’s place to repair.

 

CARRY-IN SERVICE

To get carry-in service, the customer is requested to call to Customer Information Center at +84 902 886 117 or bring their product to Neosys Viet Loi service centers. A warranty card and/or POP is required.

OUT -OF - WARRANTY SERVICE

Neosys Viet Loi applies an Automatic warranty. Whereby, the product will be activated its warranty right after being sold to the Customer. Please ask the dealer/store to activate the warranty and the customer can check the warranty period by product’s Serial number link: https://eba.com.vn/en/bao-hanh 

 

WARRANTY PERIOD FOR NEW PRODUCT

Remark:

  • The warranty period of the product will be calculated from the purchase date.
  • 10-years warranty from Purchase date applied for Cutting blade for EBA Guillotine machine.

 

 

WARRANTY PERIOD FOR SPARE PART REPLACED or ACCESSORY SOLD SEPARATELY

 

The warranty period of spare part replaced in warranty period will be applied as below:

 

Case 1: At replacement time, the remaining warranty period of the product is from 4 months & more, the warranty period of this spare part replaced will be calculated same time as the product.
Case 2: At replacement time, the remaining warranty period of the product is less than 04 months, the warranty period of this spare part replaced will be calculated as four (04) months. This warranty period will be applied for all replacement time.
The warranty period of spare parts replaced out of warranty period or accessory sold separately will be 4 months from replacement time or Purchase date of accessory.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

 

A product brand EBA shall be accepted a warranty only in case it meets all the following conditions:

Product is produced, done outwork, assembled by Krug & Priester GmbH & Co. imported by Neosys Vietloi Co., Ltd, and distributed in the Vietnam market by Neosys Vietloi Co., Ltd or its wholesalers.

The product is within the warranty period in accordance with warranty period regulations

The model name on the Warranty card, Purchase invoice (VAT Invoice of the Ministry of Finance), and Smart Warranty (SW) system must be coincident with the one on the product.

  • The defect in the product is caused by a mistake of the producer.
  • The product including the label, model number, and serial number needed to be original.
  • The product is not in the scope of the Rejection of Warranty that stipulated in Item 2 as below. 

 

REJECTION OF WARRANTY

 

A product, which falls on one of the below conditions, will be rejected from warranty:

Product is damaged as a result of natural disaster or acts of God, (e.g. flood, lightning) parts with ruts, musty, eroded or oxidized by chemical, transportation, insect or animal income,..

  • The wrong voltage was applied to the product which was not followed by the instructions stipulated in the owner’s manual supplied by EBA.
  • The product was installed/ placed in at dusty, humid position, and the product is defected by liquid or water inflow.
  • The defect caused by End User’s mistake or outside impact, temperature impact: dropped, deformed, broken,…
  • The defect is caused by wrong use, installation, and maintenance.
  • The product is modified, and repaired by individuals or organizations not authorized by Neosys Vietloi Co., Ltd.
  • The product is out of warranty period.
  • Product is neither produced, done outwork, assembled by Krug & Priester GmbH & Co., nor imported by Neosys Vietloi Co., Ltd and not distributed in Vietnam market by Neosys Vietloi Co., Ltd or its wholesalers.

 

OTHER WARRANTY INFORMATION 

For products installed in difficult/ dangerous positions, which cannot be reached by the Technician or is not safe enough to reach the product under normal working conditions, the Customer needs to support a method and/or an equipment for the Technician to perform safely the warranty service.

This service policy is not applied for used products. If it’s impossible to repair due to using process, Neosys Viet Loi has not responsibility for the compensation of the loss (except defected by manufacturers).
